However, a lawyer cannot put your home into the MLS(a database of homes for sale that Realtors use to connect buyers with sellers). A lawyer will not put advertisements for your home in the newspaper or on the internet. A lawyer will not host open houses for you or help you negotiate multiple offers. What i'm trying to say is that a Realtor will get your house the marketing needed to make sure it gets sold at the best price possible.
